As a Freeride skier I need preseason training every winter and I trusted Pavel with my preparation. He prepared for me a customised program, designed for my needs. I attended Pavel's workshops in Nicaragua. I really enjoyed it, it was both interesting and beneficial, which is so important. Pavel clearly explained why we are doing these movements from his system The Rewire Method, how the muscles and joints function, and how we can strengthen and support them. The exercises were well presented, with detailed cues focusing on form and alignment. They were also simple enough that I could continue practicing the sequence after the workshops.
